International Shipping

Change Address / Email / Billing
You can edit your address, email, and billing details using this link.

Shipment Date / Wait Time
All print club orders within each month's sign-up period ship late that month. (Typically the 22nd-26th). See the Print Club Page for this month's ship date!
**You will receive an email when your print is on its way. Please allow allow up to 7 business days after your fulfillment email for US orders, and up to 21 business days internationally.**

Tracking
I keep the print club affordable by mailing with stamps, so unfortunately there is no tracking on Print Club orders.

Sign-Up Period
The sign up period ends on the 20th of each month. (eg. you sign up August 19th, you will receive the August print as your first. You sign up August 21st, you will receive the September print as your first.)

Catch Up Prints
You can catch up on previous months here. These prints ship at the end of each month, at the same time as the regular Print Club mailing. They ship in separate envelopes from the regular mailing, so expect multiple items in your mail! If they do not arrive at the same time, please allow a few days.

Payment Overlap
When you join at the beginning of a sign up period, (21st - 26th) there may be some overlap in your payments before receiving your first print. Rest assured every transaction corresponds to a unique print!

Privacy Policy
Your data is only used for internal marketing purposes and will never be sold to outside sources.

Return Policy
All sales are final. Prints are made to order, so Maura is unable to accept returns, exchanges or cancellations.

Processing Time
- Baker's Dozen Print Club and Catch Up Prints ship towards the end of each month. Find this month's ship date here.
- All other Art Prints are printed on demand and take up to 7-9 days to be printed and shipped. You will recieve tracking once your order has shipped.
- Originals are shipped within 1 week.

Ship Time
Domestic orders are shipped via USPS and typically arrive within 4-5 business days. Please allow up to 21 days for international orders.

Damaged Orders
If your order is damaged or incorrect, please contact me at maurakspainbiz@gmail.com with your name, order number, and photos of the damage or incorrect item. I’m happy to assist you!

Shipped Package Does Not Arrive
If your tracking is displayed as delivered but your shipment has not arrived, please contact your local post office with the tracking number (find this in your shipping notification). Often packages are waiting for pickup at your nearest post office.

All payments are processed through software that complies with the PCI standards, uses HTTPS, and other security best practices.
