Return Policy
All sales are final. Prints are made to order, so Maura is unable to accept returns, exchanges or cancellations.

Processing Time
Art Prints are printed on demand and take up to 7-9 days to be printed and shipped. You will recieve tracking once your order has shipped.
Originals are shipped within 1 week. -
Ship Time
Domestic orders are shipped via USPS and typically arrive within 4-5 business days. Please allow up to 21 days for international orders.

Damaged Orders
If your order is damaged or incorrect, please contact me at maurakspain@gmail.com with your name, order number, and photos of the damage or incorrect item. I’m happy to assist you!

Shipped Package Does Not Arrive
If your tracking is displayed as delivered but your shipment has not arrived, please contact your local post office with the tracking number (find this in your shipping notification). Often packages are waiting for pickup at your nearest post office.
